Stephen Bartlett, Board Vice President
Representing: Class B Residential Members
Stephen Bartlett retired in September 2001 from the City Planning
Commission where he was the senior transportation planner. He has served on
the Energy Cooperative Board since 1989. He is also a board member of the
Energy Coordinating Agency of Philadelphia and past president of the West
Mt. Airy Neighbors.
