Nardello Fuels has been serving consumers in the Philadelphia region for over 60 years.  With a fleet of ten delivery vehicles, Nardello is committed to providing Energy Cooperative members with the low prices and high quality that you’ve come to expect.

 

Floating daily price:
$0.40 above average daily wholesale price, Port of Philadelphia.
 
Service contracts:
Nardello Fuels, Inc. does not provide service or service contracts.

Service and service contracts are available through a separate company, COLD 1 SERVICE. The Energy Cooperative recommends Nardello Fuels for oil delivery but has no formal relationship with COLD 1 SERVICE.

 

 Office hours:
May through September:          7:30am – 4pm
October through April:              7:30am - closing time.  Orders must be placed by 6pm.

Delivery Options:
Minimum delivery is 150 gallons.  Regular deliveries are made Monday-Friday.
Will call – deliveries will be made within 48 hours of member calling for delivery.
Automatic – based on past usage, Nardello will decide when you need a delivery.

Minimum delivery is 150 gallons.  Will-call deliveries for smaller amounts will not be eligible for Co-op discount; please monitor your tank responsibly. 

 Automatic – (Recommended) Based on past usage, supplier will decide when you need a delivery.  The first two deliveries will be made on will-call basis, but must fill the tank on each delivery.  

Will-call – Deliveries will be made within 48 hours of member calling Nardello for delivery, or in some cases, on the next available delivery day for that area.  Will-call deliveries, where the delivery is markedly less than 150 gallons, will be charged full street price for the day.  Customers would still be eligible for Co-op discount on future deliveries of 150 gallons or more.  Deliveries can be ordered by phone, via supplier’s website at www.nardellofuels.com or by emailing dmwright@nardellofuels.com or rbwright@nardellofuels.com.  If you send Nardello an email, please mark the subject line as "oil delivery."

Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday.  In non-emergency situations, supplier may deliver to will-call customers when trucks are next scheduled to be in the area. 

 Payment Options:
C.O.D. - A payment procedure whereby the Member is expected to pay for services with cash or credit card upon the delivery of oil or other goods.  Personal checks will not be accepted without a prior credit check.

 Credit – upon credit check and approval, or a credit card number on file with Nardello, members may have 10 days to pay invoices for deliveries.  If payment is not received within 20 days, supplier will charge the delivery to the card on file. 
 Budget – A payment procedure whereby the Member, in anticipation of Nardello for delivery of home heating oil over a specified number of months, pays for this product by making 10 averaged monthly payments.  Credit check may be required.  Nardello's budget program runs from August to July.
 Credit card – Members may choose to have deliveries or budget payments automatically charged to a credit card.  Card must have available credit at time of delivery, or fuel will not be provided.  Nardello accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
